The present premiered on April 17, 2011, and concluded on Could 19, 2019, with a complete of 73 episodes over eight seasons.
The present follows the lives of a number of noble households within the fictional Seven Kingdoms of Westeros. The story is primarily set on the continent of Westeros, with some scenes additionally happening on the continent of Essos. The present follows the characters as they navigate the political, social, and financial panorama of Westeros, and as they struggle for management of the Iron Throne.
